But Verona is so much friendlier than Rome. The men aren't rude and everyone is a lot more helpful here. Our hotel has wifi, separated twin beds, AC and a real shower! I think going back to the attic and the people in Rome is going to be really hard.

Today we took the train to Venice from the station in Verona, I took the slower train so it was about a two hour train ride for only six euros! As soon as we got to Venice it started to pour and continued to pour for the entire time we were there. We were going to stay the night and go out, but decided to go back to Verona after just five or six hours in Venice because of how soaked we all got. I brought my Nikon with me on the trip so trying to take pictures with a dslr and a umbrella in your hand is the most impossible thing in the entire world. The majority of my pictures came out tilted or solely of the sky. Once I get Laura or Katy's pictures, I'll put them up! It was such a beautiful city even when it was thunderstorming, I really want to come back on a nicer day
We found out it is supposed to rain all week while we are in Verona, but stop just in time for our return to Rome on Saturday :) We are going to see David Guetta at the Ultra Sonic festival when we get back, it's a giant outdoor concert that happens in Rome every year. The only reason why I want to go back to Rome!
